From the author: I was raised in Chicago, Illinois in a great little neighborhood on the south side called Bridgeport. When I was in High school, I really enjoyed writing and always thought that I would become an author. Well, life had other plans for me. I joined the US Marine Corps after high school and it was an experience that I would not regret.
After my military service I had went from one job to another trying to find my calling. I ended up building my own business (Action Construction). When the housing market dropped, I was forced close up shop and that’s when I decided to pursue What I’ve always loved which was writing fictional books.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I have always wanted to be an author from my early childhood days. It wasn’t until the recession hit that I was truly inspired thinking back when I wrote a short story in school called Pancake Breakfast. The teacher and my classmates really loved it, the feeling that I got from their response was exciting.
