What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
The worst training session for the fifth time in a row. (I am not making this part up.) No phone meant I could not escape into the pages of a good book, but an open laptop in the back of the room meant I could create my own escape. I won't lie. The first draft was awful. I deleted everything except the first chapter and started over. Eventually, months and months later, I had the roughest draft of a manuscript imaginable, but I wrote a good story.
