What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I loved stories about fairies as a child and the darker traditional faerie stories appealed even more as I grew up, so I wanted to write my own. When humans are abducted in these stories, they return years later, though the faerie can also arrive for significant occasions, so the faerie must have a different relationship with time. They also love playing games. The humans in my story are caught up in a faerie game that casts them adrift in time.
